the staff were very friendly.

I stayed here recently and found the food quality disappointing. my lamb kofta tasted reheated, dry, and hard. Not what i expected. i also discovered an empty bucket of oxo beef gravy granules in the gents toilet, it made me question the beef bourguignon's preparation.

the room was clean. beds were comfy and tea and coffee items were well stocked. the staff were very friendly and helpful. the location was easy to get to, with a handy bus stop right to town.

the room was freezing cold when i arrived. the windows were screwed closed, so there was no ventilation in the room. the bathroom was cold and damp with mould. i need something with better facilities.

The reception staff were helpful and friendly. They called a few days before check-in to confirm details. This helped make the check-in process easier! The family room was spacious. It included twin beds, a double bed, and a sofa with a television.

Everyone i spoke with was kind, professional, and polite. tracy, at reception, was especially helpful and full of fun banter. the young woman behind the bar was also wonderful, her service adding a sparkle to the evening. it reminded me of a warm, family-run place, the team's happiness a testament to their caring owners.

During the stay, i noticed the room decor looked a bit old. Some modernization could enhance the overall aesthetic.

the team is very friendly. breakfast was superb with fresh coffee. free parking exists. it is dog friendly. i wanted a relaxing break and it met my needs. i really appreciated the wonderful team and the dog friendly enviroment. i found the fresh coffee at breakfast particularly good.

there was far too much noise and light pollution from street lights from the road outside and drinks machine in reception when i tried to sleep.
